With dedicated prefab spaces in our warehouses, we continually look for opportunities to measure, cut, fit and bend materials for every project from planning stages to field execution.
As a design/assist contractor, ESI uses advanced technology and a collaborative approach to exceed our customers’ expectations. We value open communication and collaboration between all team members, allowing project challenges to be quickly addressed.
We have deep project experience in a variety of markets, including commercial, government, health care, education and sustainable construction.
ESI is an OSHA Challenge participant, working toward the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Voluntary Protection Program status. Approval into VPP is OSHA’s official recognition of employers and employees who have achieved exemplary occupational safety and health.
We follow a 100 percent personal protective equipment rule. PPE includes hard hats, safety glasses with side shields, proper work gloves and safety work boots. Ear protection is used as needed.
Our crew members hold a minimum 10-hour OSHA certification and superintendents carry 30-hour cards.
Daily safety task analyses and toolbox talks keep our crews alert and aware of the ever-changing conditions in which they work. All employees are encouraged to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
